- Proof of Insurance:
Provide proof of insurance, including company name & phone number.
Credit Acceptance must be listed as the loss payee. - Driver Proof of Income:
Two Most Recent Pay Stubs (must be dated within the last 30 days) along with employer address and phone number; must still be currently working for the employer.
If self-employed or taxes are not taken out of the paystub, you must provide 2 months’ worth of current mailed bank statements and/or canceled checks from the employer.
If temporary job, you must provide address and phone number of temp agency and physical address where you are working.
Fixed Income (Child Support, SSI, Retirement, or Disability): Award letter and two months bank statements - Driver Proof of Checking Account:
Provide bank checking or savings statement in consumer name dated within 45 days of contract and supports account being open greater than 30 days from contract date.
Must have banks name on statement along with your name and address. Must be statement mailed to you, print outs are not accepted. - Driver Proof of Residence:
Provide bank statement, credit card statement, phone bill or utility bill in consumer name, showing physical address, dated within 45 days of contract.
